Since 1993, we have been mass producing these rails with two radius ends. The customer sends their order every Thursday and Friday, for shipment the following Wednesday. We produce anywhere from 1,000 to 15,000 pieces weekly, and manufacture 6 different lengths in 8 unique finishes. With regards to the finish, we maintain a very tight tolerance in color variation in order to meet the customer’s needs.
High Gloss Laminate Tops

Laminate: High Gloss Walnut
Since 2002, we have been mass producing these high gloss laminate tops. We receive orders from the customer every week and fill them by the following week. We manufacture anywhere from 100 to 1,000 weekly for the customer. They come in 12 different sizes for this particular desk line. Working with high gloss laminate is very difficult because any flaws, scratches, or damages jump out to the eye.

A company’s design team created this leg for one of their new furniture lines. They contacted us to manufacture this very technical furniture leg because they knew we could achieve the needed precision. We can manufacture small-batch quantities and increase to larger amounts as their orders grow.
Plywood Seat

A company was capable of making these themselves, but reached out to us for a quote. After seeing we were able to do it for 75% of their cost, they switched to us. We now manufacture the plywood seat with all holes drilled and ready for assembly of their bar stool. We are able to manufacture small batch quantities and as the line grows, we can continue to ramp up production to meet their orders.
Table Leg

This product was quite the task when we accepted it. This leg is attached to several different pieces during final assembly, so our precision needs to be exact. It requires several setups and has 5 different size holes that need to be drilled. Even though expenses have gone up each year, we have been able to maintain the price for this leg because we keep developing new, efficient manufacturing technique.

We have been mass producing these legs since 1998. The customer sends their order every Thursday and Friday, for shipment the following Wednesday. We produce around 400 pieces weekly. We manufacture 2 different lengths, in 16 unique finishes. With regards to the finish, we maintain a very tight tolerance in color variation in order to meet the customer’s needs.

This product isn’t a high quantity mover, but it does show our capabilities of working with veneer or laminate. We box each unit for the customer so they are ready to be shipped directly to the destination. These tables come in 8 different laminates and veneers. We match the rims and body to the top in our own finish department.
Butcher Block Table Top

A company that specializes in hospitality furniture designed a new line of furniture, including a table with a solid Maple wood top in a butcher block style. The butcher block has butt joints, which shows the beautiful color variations in the wood. The challenge though, is that this line is advertised as “Truly Custom,” so the customer can order any size table(s) they want. There are no standard sizes and the order might include several different sized tables. In order to cap lead times and still be able to turn the table(s) in a timely manner, we stock different length strips. Additionally, on some orders we finish the table tops and others we ship in white wood.
Bed Frame

A mattress company came to us to design a bed frame that could be assembled without using tools. We created a Twin, Twin Long, Full, Queen, King, and California King for them. We also helped design packaging so the beds could be shipped via FedEx and UPS.
This line ended because the customer moved manufacturing overseas.
This product is also in on our Custom page because we built and designed this just for them.
Laminate Peninsula Top

Laminate: Matte in 8 Finishes
We have become efficient in manufacturing radius wood rims, because of these peninsula tops that we have been making since 2002. It takes skill to to fit the rim properly around the curve, showing no gaps in the wood.
